Managing Director of the National Iranian Oil Co. (NIOC) visits China next week.

According to Shana News Agency, Seifollah Jashnsaz is to visit China on Monday (Aug. 25). The visit aims at holding talks with Chinese officials of international oil companies on energy cooperation.

The Iranian delegation is going to negotiate on such issues as strengthening the bilateral relations in energy sector, oilfield recovery rates, the sale of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to China, and China"s cooperation in South Pars gas field.

The two sides will sign an MoU if they reach agreement on the issues.

Jashnsaz will be accompanied by NIOC's senior officials on this visit.
