NIOC’s director for sports activities, Mansour Qanbarzadeh, said more than 40 sports training classes are planned to be held for the oil industry employees’ families.
He said the classes will be held in various branches such as Yuga, volleyball, basketball, ping pong, swimming, handball, tennis, karate and wrestling.
“More than 1,900 people have registered for the classes,” he said, adding that more plans are underway to promote sports among the families.
