Phases 6, 7 and 8 of South Pars Gasfield will become operational by the end of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2009).

Director of Petropars Company for logistics, Ali Nematollahi, said the platform of Phase 6 of the project will go on stream by mid November.

He said the platforms will be installed in cooperation with Iran Marine Industrial Company known as Sadra.

Some 104 million cubic meters of rich gas will be exploited from Phases 6, 7 and 8 of the South Pars Gasfield on a daily basis. The gas will be injected to Aghajari Oilfield.
