"The countdown to South Pars Phases 6, 7, and 8 has begun," the advisor to CEO of Pars Oil and Gas Co. said.

According to National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Mohamad Reza Abdiyaei said, "The offshore platform phases of 6, 7, and 8 will directly supply the required gas for launching South Pars Phase 6."

Pars Oil and Gas Co. states, "The physical progress of offshore and onshore phases 6, 7, and 8 is 97 pct now," explaining, "The physical offshore progress is some 94 pct and the physical onshore progress is about 98 pct."

Abdiyaei also said, "The total amount of gas condensate export is more than 320.99 Mln barrels."
