Gholam Hossein Nowzari, the Iranian Oil Minister accompanied with the Iranian President came back home from Turkey on Saturday.

According to Shana News Agency, five memoranda of understanding were signed by the countries' high officials during the two-day visit of board of ministers headed by Mahmud Ahmadinejad.

Strengthening the relations is emphasized by Tehran and Ankara by Iran's Oil and Power Ministries and Turkish Natural Resources and Energy Ministries in a joint declaration.

Important regional and international issues were also discussed during the visit and the two countries decided to support and implement more projects on gas and electricity.
